Nokia Saudi is seeking a RAN NOC Engineer to take ownership of monitoring and fault management for Saudi Arabia’s 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. You will handle OSS/NMS monitoring, alarm triage, and rapid incident escalation within a 24/7 rotational shift.

The role requires 1–5 years in telecom network operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong IP/RF knowledge. On‑site work with competitive shift packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 1–5 years of progressive professional hands‑on experience in telecommunications network operations or radio access networks.
• Strong operational expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G architectures.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of OSS and NMS.
• Experience in network alarm monitoring, fault management, and ITSM ticketing systems.
• Solid IP networking, cellular air interface protocols, and RF concepts.
• Analytical, crisis management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Legal work authorization and availability for 24/7 rotational shift operations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsabilités

• Monitor OSS, NMS, and alarm dashboards across 2G/3G/4G LTE and 5G networks 24/7.
• Triage, analyze, isolate, and escalate incidents.
• Coordinate rapid incident response with field engineers, site support teams, and vendors.
• Manage trouble tickets through lifecycles in incident management systems.
• Perform routine network health checks and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and escalation matrices.
• Participate in 24/7 shift schedules and on‑call rosters.
• Maintain shift handover logs, post‑mortem reports, alarm tracking, and runbooks.
