Tangent International is looking for a skilled RAN Performance Engineer to enhance the performance of multi-technology radio access networks in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will monitor KPIs across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks, analyze performance data, and collaborate with various teams to improve network quality.

This role involves developing performance dashboards, making data-driven recommendations, and supporting network optimization in a Managed Services environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong analytical capabilities.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications network performance.
• Strong experience in multi-technology RAN Performance Management.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools.

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyze performance KPIs for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
• Generate KPI performance reports on a regular basis.
• Support optimization initiatives through actionable insights.
