Job summary

Nokia Saudi is seeking a RAN NOC Engineer for a permanent, full-time role. You will own real-time alarm monitoring, incident triage, and fault management across 2G/3G/4G LTE and 5G networks, operating on a 24/7 shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in telecom NOC environments.
• Solid knowledge of 2G/3G/4G LTE and 5G architectures.
• Hands-on experience with OSS and NMS, alarm monitoring, and fault management.
• Experience with incident ticketing systems and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and ability to work in 24/7 shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24/7 rotational shift alarms on 2G/3G/4G LTE and 5G networks.
• Triage incidents, log tickets, and escalate as per SLAs.
• Analyze performance indicators and identify degradation patterns.
• Coordinate with field teams and cross-functional support.
• Maintain clear shift handover logs and audit trails.
• Adhere to operational escalation matrices and QoS frameworks.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and resilience drills.
• Coordinate with Nokia Saudi recruitment and submit CV per instruction.
