Job summary

Tanint is seeking an experienced NOC Team Leader in Saudi Arabia to oversee 24/7 network operations, incident triage, and service assurance across extensive telecom networks. You will drive end-to-end SLA/KPI delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead automation initiatives to reduce MTTR and boost efficiency.

You will also coach and mentor NOC engineers, conduct post-incident reviews, and maintain high-trust communication with enterprise customers and executives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in telecommunications NOC leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience with managed services and contract-driven service delivery management.
• Strong experience in telecom SLA/KPI management and executive reporting.
• Hands-on fault management, network surveillance, and incident resolution across telecom architectures.
• Ability to automate repetitive NOC activities and develop operational scripts.
• Proven customer and stakeholder engagement during critical incidents and governance reviews.
• Leadership and talent development in 24/7 operational environments.
• Excellent professional English communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 24/7 NOC engineering teams and monitoring activities.
• Ensure end-to-end SLA and KPI delivery across first-level operations.
• Oversee fault management, real-time alarms, incident triage, and escalation during outages.
• Design and deploy automation to streamline NOC tasks and improve efficiency.
• Act as primary liaison for customers and stakeholders with transparent incident reporting.
• Conduct RCA, post-mortems, and performance trend analyses.
• Manage shift rotations, training plans, and performance reviews.
• Review and enforce SOPs, incident management, and handover protocols.
