Job description

We are looking for a Quality Officer to join our team in the retail sector to ensure that all warehouse and store operations meet safety and quality standards, and to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor warehouse and store operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Inspect products and materials for defects, deviations, or compliance issues.
  • Document and address non-conformances in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support process improvements to enhance quality and safety practices.
  • Prepare quality and performance reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and activities.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse, retail, or distribution.
  • QC or safety experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) and warehouse documentation.
  • Experience with WMS and handheld/RF scanners.
  • Basic Excel and reporting skills.
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Quality or safety certifications are a plus (HACCP, ISO 9001, CQIA, CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt).
