As a Quality Control Inspector, you will provide support on quality inspection on machine parts. You will ensure all parts and tools are inspected thoroughly to meets company’s expectation.

As Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing parts inspection, drawings and prints.
  • Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications.
  • Ensuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements.
  • Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature.
  • Complying to HSE & Quality policy. Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Diploma in mechanical engineering or technical discipline preferred.
  • Have 3 years’ experience in Quality inspection oil and gas field environment.
  • Have a Certified welding inspector, preferred.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have ASME, API 6A, API 17D & API16A knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Require working shifts and irregular hours.
  • Have ability to read and apply established procedures.
  • Have ability to use Hardness Machine.
  • Have ability to perform dimensional inspection.
  • Have ability to review the mill certificate & perform the visual inspection.
  • Have good knowledge in FAT, Pressure test, Load test & Drift test.
