Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a QC Manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee quality management aligned with ARAMCO standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and extensive experience in quality assurance, specifically with ARAMCO projects. The ideal candidate will also possess ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and have the ability to lead and mentor a team. This position enables you to drive quality initiatives and maintain compliance throughout project phases.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years of experience in quality management, with a minimum of 5 years on ARAMCO projects.
• ARAMCO approval as a QC Manager is mandatory.
• Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence preferred.

• Conduct regular audits, quality reviews, and non-conformance reporting, and ensure resolution through corrective actions.
• Ensure material inspections, vendor qualifications, and documentation align with ARAMCO specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with client representatives for quality assurance audits and reviews.
• Train and mentor the quality team, ensuring they are proficient in ARAMCO-specific standards and procedures.
• Maintain detailed quality records and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications
