Job description

Ensures implementation of PR Plans by following up on the implementation of event programs, campaigns and event marketing activities as per event management brand guidelines implemented by marketing agencies so as to support proper implementation as per approved budget and event execution plans.

Job Accountabilities
  • Contributes to the preparation of PR Plan by evaluating market reactions to advertising programs, classifying and analyzing market information, defining promotional campaigns strategy, raising recommendations and proposals, and following up on their implementation.
  • Prepares PR Budget for advertising activities and promotional campaigns by analyzing activities, goals and costs, concluding discount agreements with various agencies and updating them periodically on the system, then preparing recommendations for proposed budgets and for approval.
  • Contributes to setting the Pricing Strategy for promotional offers for each brand by reviewing and following up the prices and costs of tools and materials required for promotional offers, according to market information, and preparing a report including price proposals and reporting to the line manager.
  • Prepares events RFP by reviewing event scope and requirements in coordination with concerned departments and ensuring deliverables as per Brand Guidelines.
  • Manages the preparation of the Technical Evaluation of Resources by reviewing results of the technical evaluation and approve for awarding.
  • Develops PR Marketing Events Concepts by reviewing identified ideas for event concept and ensuring alignment with other depts. And providing directions for execution.
  • Manages the PR Activities Plan by reviewing the concept and detailed plan, developing commercial projects scope and plan in coordination with advertising agencies, and providing directions for implementation.
  • Manages the development and implementation of PR Marketing Tools and materials implementation for PR activities by reviewing designs of PR Marketing Tools in coordination with the concerned departments, then ensuring the implementation according to the budget, approved plan, and company policy.
  • Manages preparation of Event Progress Report by following up on the completion of marketing event campaigns, ensuring agreed PR Marketing Tools and materials are applied according to Brand Guidelines, reviewing prepared progress reports and obtaining approval.
  • Ensures the preparation of Event Closing Report by reviewing the periodic reports during implementation and validating deliverables as per the agreed quality standards according to plans, and submitting for approval.
  • Ensures updating Communication & PR SOP by reviewing, recommending and approving the new updated SOP.
  • Ensures improving Performance Measurement by reviewing the department indicators report and taking proper action to update / develop internal processes according to top management direction.
  • Ensures the implementation of Staff Training & Development by reviewing performance evaluation results, confirming development needs, developing objectives and the action plan, monitoring implementation and taking corrective action if needed.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a related area.
  • Experience in implementing and monitoring marketing and PR activities.
  • Strong background in managing marketing resources efficiently.
  • In-depth knowledge of live marketing, activations, and event-based promotions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and concurrent projects.
  • Good experience in utilizing social media platforms as effective marketing tools.
