The Opportunity

A leading international law firm is seeking a Project Finance Lawyer to join its growing Saudi Arabia practice. This is a high-profile role advising on some of the most significant and complex projects in the region, working closely with sponsors, lenders, government entities, and international counsel.

The successful candidate will be involved in major project finance and development transactions, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure, energy, and Vision 2030-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on project finance and development transactions, including conventional and Islamic finance
  • Drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation
  • Acting for sponsors, lenders, and developers on large-scale, cross-border matters
  • Supporting clients through the full project lifecycle, from structuring to financial close
  • Working as part of a high-performing, internationally integrated team
About You
  • Qualified lawyer (UK, US, Australia, or other common law jurisdiction)
  • 3-8 years’ PQE in project finance from a recognised international or top-tier regional law firm
  • Strong transactional experience and excellent drafting skills
  • Middle East experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to manage complex deals and client relationships
