As the Project Director - Global Wealth Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing a team of Wealth Managers across global markets, looking for investors to buy real estate in the KSA. You will manage real estate investors from around the world and collaborate with various departments to provide a seamless investment experience for international clients. Your role will include relationship-building activities such as roadshows, international PR events, webinars, and conferences, in coordination with marketing and project acquisition teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:
    • Design and execute Bayut’s multi-country entry strategy (Asia, Europe, the US, and the GCC).
    • Define market priorities, partnership structures, and sales objectives.
    • Develop campaigns with marketing teams to target the right investor audience.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Management:
    • Lead recruitment of Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers in target countries.
    • Create standardized interview scorecards, KPIs, and onboarding programs.
    • Manage and mentor international staff to ensure high performance and cultural alignment.
  3. Partnership Development:
    • Establish strategic partnerships with wealth management firms, private banks, family offices, and Islamic finance institutions.
    • Structure referral agreements, co-branded events, and private investment programs.
    • Build credibility for Bayut as a premier partner for Saudi real estate investments.
  4. Roadshows and Global PR:
    • Research, plan, and execute roadshows, conferences, and PR events to promote real estate investments in KSA.
    • Utilize global marketing practices to develop local and international PR and enhance brand equity worldwide.
  5. Revenue and KPI Management:
    • Monitor sales, revenue, and KPI performance of remote global teams.
    • Ensure the implementation of business plans and growth models.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years in sales or partnership management.
  3. Proven experience as a commercial sales executive, meeting or exceeding targets.
  4. Experience managing remote teams effectively.
  5. Track record of working with High Net Worth Clients.
  6. Deep knowledge of commercial avenues and market research/data analysis methods.
  7. Understanding of real estate sales processes.
  8. Ability to forecast sales accurately and analyze data for trends and issues.
  9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  10. Strong team orientation with creative and analytical skills.
  11. Ability to thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
