You will take accurate room orders, coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping, assist with menu recommendations, handle payments discreetly, and uphold food safety while attending to guest requests with warmth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding food presentation, order accuracy, and guest preferences.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays and service items.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining composure.
• Previous experience in food service, room service, or hospitality roles (preferred).
• Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality management software (preferred).
• Food safety and hygiene certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred).
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality customs and service expectations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and discretion.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen and housekeeping staff to coordinate seamless service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address concerns immediately.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized removing dishes and clearing tables promptly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures while representing the organization with integrity.
