Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• You are directly involved in the order taking and order placing process for In-Room Dining (IRD).
• Responsible to coordinate all service requirements addressed to In-Room Dining.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
