RAFFLES in Jeddah seeks a professional In Room Dine Waiter who delivers exceptional dining experiences in guests' rooms by providing attentive service, ensuring food quality, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

You will take accurate room orders, coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping, assist with menu recommendations, handle payments discreetly, and uphold food safety while attending to guest requests with warmth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding food presentation, order accuracy, and guest preferences.

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays and service items.

• Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality management software (preferred).

• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality customs and service expectations (preferred).
