Job summary

Front End Limited Company (FELCO) is seeking a Business Development Manager for Power & New Energy to grow sales of solar PV, battery storage, cables, and related solutions in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. This hunter role emphasizes opening new accounts, expanding the partner ecosystem, and closing project-level deals with developers, EPCs, utilities, and government entities.

Qualifications

6 years of business development or sales experience in power/renewables, preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
Proven track record of closing project-level deals and revenue growth.
Experience managing OEM/exclusive partnerships and bridging partner to market.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; technical understanding of solar/storage/cable products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Grow sales pipeline across solar PV, storage, cables, and related new-energy lines.
Develop account plans and go-to-market strategies for each segment.
Manage exclusive technology OEM and supply partners and onboard new partners.
Originate, qualify, and convert project opportunities; lead negotiations and proposals.
Embed local-content commitments and maintain CRM pipeline.
