Job summary

ZTE Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business across Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on market expansion, strategic partnerships, sales execution, and customer engagement within utility-scale and commercial energy storage projects, supporting the Kingdom’s renewable energy and energy transition initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy & Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5+ years of business development or sales experience within the renewable energy sector.
Proven experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or utility-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business growth strategies for utility-scale and C&I storage solutions.
Lead end-to-end sales activities, engage with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities.
Build strategic relationships with IPPs, developers, EPC contractors, utilities, and distributors.
Coordinate tender preparation, bids, and contract negotiations.
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analytics.
