Job summary

Front End Limited Company (FELCO) is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director for Industrial Facilities in Saudi Arabia. You will own go-to-market strategy, shape major account plans, and lead multi-year capture efforts across EPC and turnkey services, valves and safety systems, and digital and automation offerings.

The role requires 15+ years in industrial sectors with a track record of USD 20M+ contracts, strong Saudi market relationships, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA is a strong plus.
• 15+ years in industrial services, EPC, oil & gas, petrochemicals, or critical infra.
• Proven track record of personally originating and closing USD 20M+ contracts in Saudi Arabia.
• Deep relationships with Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden, Royal Commission, SEC/SWCC or Tier-1 EPCs.
• Fluent English; working Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across KSA industrial clients.
• Build and own a multi-year, multi-capability pipeline with CRM discipline.
• Lead capture strategy on strategic pursuits, pricing, risk mitigation, and team coordination.
• Own senior relationships at strategic accounts and manage VIP engagements.
• Own the bid governance process and ensure differentiated, competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with global principals to position technologies in KSA.
• Drive continuous improvement in win/loss analysis and pricing benchmarks.
