Front End Energy, a division of Front End Limited Company (FELCO), seeks a Business Development Director Energy to own growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. You will originate, shape and close major opportunities with NOCs, government entities, EPCs, and industrial operators while deepening partnerships with FELCO's global technology partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 12–15+ years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership in energy sector.
• Proven track record of originating and closing USD 10M+ contracts with NOCs, government entities, or major EPCs in KSA/GCC.
• Established network within Saudi Aramco and SABIC.
• Deep understanding of KSA procurement, IKTVA/localization, and Vision 2030 priorities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute growth strategy for Energy division across all capability areas in KSA and GCC.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across upstream, midstream, downstream and renewables.
• Develop executive-level relationships with key accounts including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, ministries and other stakeholders.
• Lead capture planning, positioning and pre-qualification for major tenders and framework agreements.
• Serve as the senior commercial face of Front End Energy at industry events and client engagements.
• Monitor competitor activity, regulatory developments and technology trends; ensure governance compliance.
