Job summary

Front End Limited Company (FELCO) is seeking a Business Development Manager for Drones and Autonomous Systems to drive growth across its Autonomy & Mobility portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will own the commercial strategy, manage pipeline, and build client and partner relationships to convert autonomous capabilities into delivered projects for government, energy, logistics, mining, and industrial clients.

Experience in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, sales, or commercial experience in drones/UAVs, autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, defense, or related tech solutions.
• Saudi Arabia experience and knowledge of Vision 2030 priorities are highly valued.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the sales pipeline across UAV/drone operations, marine/subsea systems, air mobility, and automated infrastructure.
• Identify, qualify, and win new business with government entities, energy operators, mining, logistics and industrial clients across Saudi Arabia and region.
• Translate complex autonomous-systems capabilities into clear commercial value propositions aligned with client objectives.
• Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, proposals, tenders, negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and manage relationships with technology partners, OEMs, and exclusive-agency principals to expand Front End's autonomous offerings.
• Support landmark initiatives such as air-taxi trials and drone-payload programs to position Front End as the partner of choice for smart mobility in the Kingdom.
• Collaborate with operations delivery teams to ensure sold solutions are deliverable and profitable.
• Monitor market trends, UAV airspace and UTM frameworks, and competitor activity to shape go-to-market strategy.
