Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Power Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering or B2B Project Sales.
• Proven experience in the Saudi market.
• Experience selling electrical/mechanical equipment or solutions for projects.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, BOQs, RFQs, and tenders.
• Proven ability to generate new business, negotiate, and close sales.
• Experience with diesel generators, power solutions, electrical panels, fuel systems, or related equipment is highly preferred.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel and conduct customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned accounts and territories.
• Build relationships with contractors, MEP/EPC companies, developers, consultants, industrial companies, and government entities.
• Review RFQs, specifications, BOQs, and tenders and coordinate with Engineering to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery, and scope while maintaining approved margins.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through PO/contract closing.
• Follow up with customers throughout project execution, delivery, and payment collection.
• Develop opportunities for maintenance contracts, spare parts, and after-sales services.
