Job summary

Rawaj HCM Jobs is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage local and international sourcing of electrical and mechanical equipment, materials, and spare parts. You will coordinate with engineering, sales, finance, warehouse and project teams to ensure timely deliveries and cost control.

Role requires 3–5 years procurement experience in the Saudi market, strong supplier negotiation skills, and familiarity with SABER and Incoterms. Arabic and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years procurement experience in Saudi market.
• Experience in purchasing electrical/mechanical equipment or materials for projects.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and SABER is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/Odoo, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage local and international procurement activities for electrical and mechanical equipment, materials and spare parts.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Prepare commercial comparisons, quotations, and coordinate technical evaluations.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and open orders.
• Coordinate shipping, importation, customs clearance and SABER requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Warehouse and Project teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines and procurement costs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ERP data.
