Job summary

PowerGen Solutions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage local and international procurement of electrical and mechanical equipment, materials and spare parts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in the Saudi market.
• Experience in purchasing electrical/mechanical equipment or materials for projects.
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, quotation comparison, and purchase orders.
• Knowledge of shipping, importation, Incoterms, and SABER is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/Odoo, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good command of Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage local and international procurement activities for electrical and mechanical equipment, materials, and spare parts.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Obtain quotations, prepare commercial comparisons, and coordinate technical evaluations.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and open orders.
• Coordinate shipping, importation, customs clearance, and SABER requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Warehouse, and Project teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and procurement costs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ERP data.
