Job summary

A leading Power Generation and Engineering Solutions company is seeking a Sales Engineer in Saudi Arabia to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and prepare technical and commercial offers while coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and After-Sales teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical/Power Engineering, 2–3 years of B2B project sales experience, and proven ability to read RFQs, BOQs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical/Power Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering or B2B Project Sales.
• Proven experience in the Saudi market.
• Experience selling electrical/mechanical equipment or solutions for projects.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, BOQs, RFQs, and tenders.
• Proven ability to generate new business, negotiate, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned accounts and territories.
• Build relationships with contractors, MEP EPC companies, developers, consultants, industrial companies, and government entities.
• Review RFQs, specifications, BOQs, and tenders and coordinate with Engineering to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery, and scope while maintaining approved margins.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through PO contract closing.
• Follow up with customers throughout project execution, delivery, and payment collection.
• Develop opportunities for maintenance contracts, spare parts, and after-sales services.
