Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct experience in an Intellectual Property role.
• Experience within the generic pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FTO analyses and patent landscape reviews.
• Assess IP risks for NDAs and SFDA submissions.
• Provide recommendations on product selection and development strategies.
• Draft formal FTO opinions and manage documentation.
• Develop strategies to challenge weak patents.
• Complete KSA product registrations from an IP perspective.
