Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager – Oracle CC&B with 5 - 8 years of hands‑on experience to support, configure, and manage Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) applications. The role involves a balanced mix of technical, functional, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring system stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements within the utilities domain.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues and defects in Oracle CC&B.
  • Customize workflows, business rules, and user interfaces using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Support integrations with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and GIS.
  • Manage data migration, data validation, and transformation activities.
  • Utilize technical expertise in SQL, Java, XML, and OUAF for application support and enhancements.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and optimal response times.
  • Resolve user access and login issues, including user creation and role management.
  • Apply application patches, support system upgrades, and perform regular system housekeeping tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to system security and operational best practices.
Functional Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle CC&B applications.
  • Configure system components in line with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to align system behavior with business needs.
