We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Officer to join our Home Health Care Department.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff and resources, ensure compliance with regulations, improve operational processes, and maintain high-quality patient care while fostering a positive and professional work environment. The Operations Officer must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily medical cases and procedures at Sanar
  • Assist the Operations with daily tasks and duties
  • Ensure company policies align with medical staff policies and enforce them
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of medical appointments
  • Strategically plan and manage medical appointment requests
  • Analyze and maintain the availability of Sanar’s services and medical staff online as per schedule
  • Prepare company projects, including organizing medical teams and equipment, and follow up according to departmental project plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of medical service processes (Lab & Customer Services)
  • Set and monitor goals for medical staff and conduct frequent performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with best practices throughout the organization
  • Implement operational measures and policies to improve efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous innovation of new products (e.g., Auto Assignments)
  • Track and manage operations related to medical requests
  • Track and manage assignment of Captains in relation to appointments and medical staff
  • Monitor employee attendance and report issues to Administration
  • Report incidents to administration if unable to resolve them
  • Prepare daily shift summary reports and submit them to Administration
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Comfortable with technology and digital-first operations
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
