As a Senior BO RAN Engineer - Automation supporting TANINT in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of Ericsson back office operations, network performance tuning, alarm handling, and automated workflow implementation across mission-critical telecommunications infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing Ericsson 2G, 4G/LTE, and 5G RAN operations, alarm handling, KPI monitoring, and advanced trace analysis, developing, testing, and deploying robust Python scripts and AMOS automation solutions to streamline network operations, executing site integration, configuration management, and complex radio-parameter changes across live radio networks, automating operational workflows, health checks, and performance reporting routines, leading incident management, crisis remediation, and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex RAN network anomalies, collaborating closely with cross-functional network engineering, field operations, and vendor squads in Agile sprint cycles, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of automation scripts, optimization reports, and operational runbooks, and managing application requirements.
