Job summary

Nityo Infotech is seeking an experienced NOC Lead in Riyadh to oversee subsea cable systems, Ciena 6500 platforms, and Infinera DTN transport. You will lead a team of network engineers and own incident management, runbooks, and SLA enforcement.

The role requires 8+ years in telecommunications operations, strong IP/MPLS expertise, and local residency in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and growth opportunities within a global tech staffing leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, CS or related field.
• 8+ years of telecommunications NOC leadership or network operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ciena 6500 and subsea cable systems is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS routing, DWDM/OTN/ROADM technologies, and NMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NOC performance, incident escalation, and 24/7 monitoring.
• Configure and troubleshoot Ciena 6500 platforms and Subsea Cable systems.
• Manage Infinera DTN transport platforms, DWDM, OTN, ROADM.
• Ensure high availability of IP/MPLS core networks and NMS.
• Lead a team of network engineers and coordinate with carriers and CLS.
• Establish runbooks, SLAs, and incident dashboards.
