Saudi Information Systems (SIS) is seeking a Technical Authority – NFVI to provide advanced 2nd line support across cloud infrastructure and IP domains. This role is essential for ensuring service stability, optimal performance, and adherence to SLA-driven managed services operations.

As a senior escalation point, you will lead incident handling, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors and customers to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.

Competenze

• Strong experience in Cloud Infrastructure and IP networking environments.
• Proven troubleshooting, configuration, and system support skills.
• Solid knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience in service assurance, audits, and operational compliance.
• Excellent analytical and coordination abilities in a managed services SLA-driven setting.

Mansioni

• Provide 2nd line technical support for Cloud Infrastructure and IP environments.
• Handle incident, problem, and fault management per SLA requirements.
• Manage system configuration, access control, and user administration.
• Support CSR handling, audits, and customer service requests.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Oversee software lifecycle management including upgrades and patching.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and customers for resolution.
• Manage third-party hardware to ensure platform availability.
