TANINT Recruitment in Saudi Arabia seeks an IMS Technical Authority / IMS Solution Architect to lead architectural decisions and governance across carrier-grade IMS platforms, VoLTE, and VoWiFi environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, CS or related field.
• Extensive IMS architecture design and operational support experience.
• Deep expertise in Core IMS architecture and service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with CSCF platforms (P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF).
• Experience with SBCs and IMS security architectures.
• Knowledge of TAS and service enablement platforms.
• Experience with HSS/UDM and subscriber management.
• Understanding ENUM and number translation.
• Experience with VoLTE/VoWiFi deployments.
• Strong expertise in SIP, Diameter, RTP, HTTP/REST.
• Experience with architecture governance and risk assessments.
• HA, redundancy, DR architectures.
• Leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Authority and Solution Architecture leadership across IMS platforms and services.
• Define, review, and govern IMS architecture standards, designs, and implementation strategies.
• Lead technical assessments and architecture reviews for IMS transformation and enhancement initiatives.
• Serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for complex IMS operational and design issues.
• Evaluate change requests and perform technical impact and risk assessments.
• Ensure solutions align with operational, scalability, security, and availability requirements.
• Support the design and evolution of VoLTE and VoWiFi services across large-scale subscriber environments.
• Review and optimize IMS network performance, redundancy models, and capacity planning strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on SIP, Diameter, RTP, and HTTP/REST signaling and integration architectures.
• Collaborate with vendors, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders on solution delivery and modernization initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis activities for critical service-affecting incidents and recurring issues.
• Support new service launches, feature introductions, and network transformation programs.
• Develop architecture documentation, technical standards, and governance frameworks.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across IMS-related projects and operations.
