Job summary

SIS Global in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Technical Authority specializing in Cloud Infrastructure and IP Networks to provide advanced second-line technical support within a governed telecom environment.

You will act as a senior escalation point, diagnose complex incidents, manage faults, and coordinate with operations, vendors, and customers to maintain platform stability and high service availability across cloud and IP domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field as listed.
• Strong experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience supporting IP networking technologies and operational environments.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex issues in enterprise or telecom environments.
• Experience managing incidents, problems, and fault management processes.
• Configuration management knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience with escalations and operational change management.
• Knowledge of platform access management and user administration.
• Carrier-grade telecom cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience supporting third-party hardware platforms.
• CSR handling experience.
• Software lifecycle management, upgrades, and release activities.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line Technical Authority support across Cloud Infrastructure and IP network domains.
• Manage incidents, problems, CSRs, and customer-related service issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure and IP networking challenges.
• Perform technical and operational assessments to identify root causes and prevent recurrences.
• Support fault management and service restoration activities to ensure platform stability.
• Manage and troubleshoot configuration-related issues across platforms.
• Support operational changes, technical escalations, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customer-facing groups to maintain service continuity.
• Support software lifecycle management including upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Provide expertise in platform access control and user administration.
• Support third-party hardware management and related activities.
• Participate in audit, compliance, and service assurance initiatives.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure compliance with standards and telecom best practices.
