Job summary

Tangent International in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Technical Authority specializing in Cloud Infrastructure and IP Networks to lead operational excellence and ensure service continuity in a carrier‑grade telecom environment.

You will act as the senior escalation point, drive platform lifecycle, and coordinate with vendors, operations, and engineering to uphold high reliability and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, CS, IT, or related field.
• Experience supporting Cloud Infrastructure and IP networking in telecom or enterprise.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across cloud, infrastructure, and network tech.
• Experience with incident, problem, and fault management processes.
• Knowledge of configuration management and operational best practices.
• Experience managing escalations and operational change activities.
• Knowledge of platform access control and security requirements.
• Carrier-grade telecom cloud experience and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line Technical Authority support across Cloud Infrastructure and IP networking.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and IP network incidents.
• Support incident, problem, and fault management for service continuity.
• Perform assessments to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support configuration management and platform access controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and field engineering for issue resolution.
• Lead software lifecycle activities, upgrades, and patches.
• Assist with audit, governance, and regulatory review tasks.
