Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and localizing marketing content (English & Arabic) for social media, internal newsletters, collaterals and campaigns.
- Support internal communications (e.g., newsletters (primary points), email bulletins, town halls).
- Draft basic messages and scripts for internal announcements and events.
- Help manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, and coordinate with agencies for content publishing.
- Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
- Maintain and audit marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate updates and distribution of materials with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and execution of wellness events and local activations.
- Provide logistical support for internal and external events.
- Support marketing activities for new product launches, including content updates, event coordination, and internal communication.
- Support launching and communicating new digital platforms (website, mobile app, broker portal).
- supporting relationship‑building activities with our partners (providers, clients, and brokers).
- Coordinate with vendors, and internal teams for approvals and logistics.
- Coordinate with PR agencies for campaign execution and needed launches.
- Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and event outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint).
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
