Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and localizing marketing content (English & Arabic) for social media, internal newsletters, collaterals and campaigns.
  • Support internal communications (e.g., newsletters (primary points), email bulletins, town halls).
  • Draft basic messages and scripts for internal announcements and events.
  • Help manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, and coordinate with agencies for content publishing.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
  • Maintain and audit marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate updates and distribution of materials with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and execution of wellness events and local activations.
  • Provide logistical support for internal and external events.
  • Support marketing activities for new product launches, including content updates, event coordination, and internal communication.
  • Support launching and communicating new digital platforms (website, mobile app, broker portal).
  • supporting relationship‑building activities with our partners (providers, clients, and brokers).
  • Coordinate with vendors, and internal teams for approvals and logistics.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies for campaign execution and needed launches.
  • Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and event outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
