At the heart of our operation is a strong Maintenance team—and that’s where you come in. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll help drive performance, reliability, and safety across the facility while leading your crew to exceed operational standards every day.

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading and supporting a skilled maintenance team through daily operations
- Overseeing machine maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and facility upkeep
- Supporting installation of new equipment, construction projects, and food safety work orders
- Planning, monitoring, and supervising work activities in your assigned area
- Driving efficiency and performance using sound maintenance principles and best practices
- Rolling up your sleeves to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Coaching operators and line mechanics on safe and effective equipment operation
- Assisting with fabrication, preventative maintenance, and routine equipment checks
- Training and mentoring maintenance team members and supporting associate development
- Promoting a clean, organized, and safe work environment through 5S practices
- Ensuring accurate documentation, part usage tracking, and daily schedules
- Making sure repairs fix the root cause, not just the symptom
- Communicating clearly across all maintenance shifts
- Covering the floor as needed to maintain peak production efficiency and food safety excellence

Compensation
$23 - $40 hourly
