Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Tabuk to oversee the luxury retail outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service and flawless store operations. You will lead the retail team, manage inventory, and ensure presentation meets brand standards, supporting the Spa & Recreation Manager in achieving sales and guest satisfaction goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication to elevate the guest shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail/hospitality education advantageous.
• 3–5 years experience in luxury/hospitality retail or guest service environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with POS and payment processing.
• Knowledge of luxury product presentation and client service.

Responsibilities

• Team supervision: guide and support Retail Clerks to ensure daily operations and service standards.
• Guest experience: provide warm, professional, personalized retail service for niche/high-end products.
• Sales performance: support achievement of targets, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Daily operations: oversee opening/closing, cash handling, store procedures.
• Product knowledge: maintain strong knowledge of products and promotions for tailored recommendations.
• Merchandising: oversee presentation and organization of merchandise per brand standards.
• Inventory management: monitor stock, replenish, count, report discrepancies.
• Sales transactions: ensure accurate processing of room charges and credit card payments.
• Guest concerns: handle issues professionally and resolve promptly.
• Store standards: maintain cleanliness, organization, and visuals of high-end merchandise.
• Training and development: coach team on product knowledge and sales skills.
• Reporting: provide updates on sales, feedback, inventory, and team needs.
• Compliance: ensure policies and safety standards are followed.
