Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia in Riyadh invites a results-driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing luxury retail team across flagship outlets. You will recruit, coach and develop staff, optimize store operations and ensure outstanding customer service while safeguarding the brand image.

You will analyse sales data, coordinate stock management, plan promotions, and collaborate with Buying/Planning to maximise opportunities and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5–7 years experience of running a profitable retail store.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
• Ensure Company Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Minimise stock loss through the management, implementation and adherence of ATG policies and procedures.
• Analyse stock management information to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide and analyse reports to understand performance trends and stock feedback for Buying/Planning.
• Recommend, manage or support sales promotions and brand activities to meet expectations.
• Drive sales, monitor performance and identify opportunities to exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, lead by example and resolve complaints promptly.
• Prepare and implement stock takes in store with Operations.
• Monitor sales per square foot to ensure productivity within brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity and provide feedback to the Company.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners.
• Understand customer profiles and provide feedback to Marketing, Buying and Planning.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained within brand guidelines.
