Job summary

SLS The Red Sea in Umluj seeks an Outlet Manager to lead a signature venue with luxury standards, guest experience, and commercial focus. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with F&B leadership and hotel departments to deliver memorable dining experiences while driving profitability and brand integrity.

Required: Diploma or Bachelor in Hospitality, 3+ years in luxury restaurant leadership, and fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of senior leadership experience within luxury restaurant operations.
Proven ability to lead large teams while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead the outlet team to deliver elevated guest experiences in line with SLS standards.
Oversee daily operations across floor, bar, and service areas.
Drive revenue through upselling, menu engineering, and effective cost control.
Partner with hotel departments and Marketing to activate events and promotions.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.
