Qualifications

• Hospitality track record
• Proven sales record
• Knowledge of reception industry concepts, practices and procedures
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Ability to work with diverse cultures and high-end clientele
• Strong organizational and administrative skills

Responsibilities

• Report to Center Manager and assist in smooth operations of the center asset
• Maintain professional center appearance and ensure professional sales conduct
• Manage inventory and purchasing for preopening and ongoing operations
• Prepare retail stock for future years and plan day-to-day retail operations
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and standards
• Coordinate course registrations, bookings, and staff assistance
• Build relationships with managers, staff, and public to elevate guest experience
• Handle inquiries about courses, activities, destinations, and rental equipment
