Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead a luxury dining venue, driving exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will oversee service across floor and bar, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with hotel stakeholders to sustain brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, guest-centric focus, and solid experience in high-volume luxury hospitality with fluency in English. Arabic knowledge is an advantage and pre-opening experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management experience in luxury restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the outlet team to deliver elevated guest experiences in line with SLS brand standards.
• Act as the face of the outlet during service and build relationships with guests, VIPs and patrons.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations across floor, bar and supporting areas to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of ambiance, service delivery, cleanliness and safety in a luxury setting.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to sustain luxury lifestyle standards and drive revenue opportunities.
• Mentor and develop supervisors, waitstaff, hosts and bartenders; manage recruitment and training.
• Plan staffing, schedules and team allocation according to business demand and budget targets.
• Drive revenue through upselling, menu engineering and effective cost control.
