Job summary

RAFFLES is seeking a Public Area leadership support role in a luxury setting, assisting daily cleaning operations across shared spaces and lobbies. You will ensure high standards under LQA guidelines and lead a team of attendants and supervisors.

Experience in pre-opening phases, strong grooming, and ownership are essential, including proficiency with Opera PMS and high-end finishing techniques. A sustainability mindset is highly valued in line with Red Sea Global ethos.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping, with significant experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Experience in pre-opening stages including project coordination and document control.
• Proficiency in property management systems (like Opera) and a deep understanding of specialized cleaning techniques for high-end finishes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Public Area Manager in directing daily cleaning operations across all shared spaces.
• Conduct frequent inspections to ensure surfaces, furnishings, and decorative elements meet LQA standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Public Area Attendants and Supervisors.
• Coordinate routine and deep-cleaning programs such as marble polishing and carpet shampooing.
• Liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and F&B to address maintenance needs or guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor usage and inventory of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Pre-opening expertise in project coordination and document control is often mandatory for this destination.
• Proficiency in Opera and cleaning techniques for high-end finishes.
• A proactive, anticipatory approach, impeccable grooming, and ownership.
• Sustainability mindset with discipline in reducing/reusing/recycling per Red Sea Global ethos.
• Understanding Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
