In this critical role, you will oversee the logistics and construction management aspects of vertical link projects, ensuring seamless integration between construction workflows and logistical operations. Your expertise will help optimize project execution and maximize efficiency across multiple project sites.

• Coordinate all logistics operations related to vertical link construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to site.
• Oversee construction timelines, manage resources effectively, and ensure that projects adhere to the established schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with design teams, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between logistics and construction processes.
• Implement best practices in construction logistics to minimize disruptions and enhance overall project efficiency.
• Conduct site assessments to troubleshoot potential logistical and construction-related challenges and develop solutions proactively.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders, addressing any risks or delays.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that logistics and construction needs are met effectively.
• Encourage a culture of safety and compliance within the project teams, ensuring all operations adhere to safety standards and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics and construction management, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects.
• Proven experience in coordinating logistics operations within the construction sector, particularly in vertical construction.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability掌 manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of logistical processes, construction methodologies, and safety regulations.
