Job summary

Raffles The Red Sea, a luxury property within Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea destination, seeks a Guest Relations professional to deliver refined service and anticipate guest needs. You will recognize returning guests and VIPs, personalize interactions, and coordinate with Concierge, Front Desk, and F&B to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Guest Experience in luxury or five‑star hotels.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Experience with property management systems (Opera or equivalent) is an advantage.
