Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking an F&B Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests and guide them through their dining journey. You will manage seating, reservations, and guest flow while upholding SLS standards of service excellence.

Ideal candidates offer 1–2 years in guest-facing roles, strong English skills and a polished, professional appearance, with Arabic knowledge considered a plus. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a guest-facing role, preferably luxury hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English; Arabic skills are highly desirable.
• Confident, welcoming and professional personality.
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage seating, reservations, and dining flow.
• Coordinate with service team to meet guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, events, and seating.
• Handle inquiries and feedback professionally, escalate when needed.
• Keep host stand neat and welcoming throughout service.
• Use reservation systems to manage guest details and seating plans.
• Answer calls and assist with inquiries and bookings.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service and bar for smooth flow.
• Assist with side duties like menu prep and table resets.
