Job summary

SLS The Red Sea, part of Ennismore’s luxury lifestyle portfolio, seeks a Bell Captain to lead the Bell team and deliver seamless guest arrivals and departures. You will oversee luggage handling, coordinate with Front Office and Concierge, and ensure service with warmth and a distinctive resort personality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Bell Desk/Guest Services in luxury settings, strong English, and hands-on leadership. Flexible shifts and a passion for hospitality lifestyle are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Bell Desk, Front Office, Concierge or Guest Services at a luxury or lifestyle resort.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset with a warm, confident, proactive approach.
• Excellent English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hospitality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily Bell Desk operations for arrivals and departures.
• Maintain a visible presence in lobby and arrival areas to assist guests.
• Welcome guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
• Oversee luggage handling, tagging, storage, and security.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Valet to support guest requirements.
• Assist with airport transfers and private transportation arrangements.
