Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Communications Operator to serve as the central hub for all guest and internal communications. You will handle calls, route requests, log actions in Unifocus, and support service recovery while upholding Forbes/LQA standards.

You will coordinate with Front Desk, Guest Relations, and Butler, manage wake-up calls, and assist with emergency communications with calm professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Knowledge of Rosewood standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal and external calls with professional etiquette.
• Route calls to departments and log requests in Unifocus.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Guest Relations, and Butler for VIP requests.
• Assist with guest wake-up calls and basic information.
• Maintain logs and confidentiality of guest communications.
• Support emergency communications protocols.
