Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to oversee cleanliness and presentation of guestrooms and corridors on assigned floors. You will lead a team of Villa Attendants and Housemen to deliver ultra-luxury standards aligned with Rosewood Brand and Forbes Travel Guide criteria.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience cleaning hotel guest rooms.
• High school diploma required.
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; remain calm and resolve problems.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling procedures; familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants and Housemen on assigned floors.
• Allocate daily room and section assignments based on occupancy, arrivals, and staffing levels.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate priorities, VIP rooms, and quality focus areas.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and recognition to build a high-performing team.
• Coordinate with Front of House, Engineering, Laundry, and Security to ensure seamless operations.
