Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to oversee guestrooms and corridors on assigned floors, ensuring ultra-luxury cleanliness and presentation in line with LQA criteria. You will lead a team of Villa Attendants and Housemen, coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry, and conduct daily inspections to deliver immaculate, personalized accommodation.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience cleaning hotel guest rooms.
• Fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants and Housemen on assigned floors.
• Allocate daily room assignments based on occupancy and staffing.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings on priorities and VIP rooms.
• Provide coaching and recognition to maintain high performance.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry.
• Ensure hygiene standards and LQA compliance.
