Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Cluster Reservations Supervisor to lead the Reservations team across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA. You will ensure exceptional service, accurate reservation handling, and revenue optimization while developing staff and maintaining SOPs.

Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality reservations experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation systems, with excellent English communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Saudi national
• Experience in reservations operations, ideally in luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership capabilities, coaching and motivating team members
• Proficient in Opera PMS and hotel reservation systems
• Understanding of Forbes Travel Guide standards and LQA requirements
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily performance of Reservations team across both Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA
• Ensure enquiries (telephone, email, online) are handled promptly and converted into bookings
• Ensure reservations, deposits, cancellations, rebates, and payments are processed accurately per policies
• Monitor reservation quality and maintain records across Opera PMS and other platforms
• Train, coach, and support team members; maintain training records and SOPs
• Keep team informed of room packages, rates, promotions and property updates
