Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to lead a team of Villa Attendants and Housemen on assigned floors, ensuring ultra-luxury cleanliness and presentation in line with Brand and Forbes/LQA standards.

You will coordinate daily cleaning, inspections, and guest requests, work with Front of House, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments, and provide coaching, recruitment, and training to maintain superior service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience cleaning hotel guest rooms.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be detail-oriented with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Room Attendants and Housemen on assigned floors.
• Allocate daily room and section assignments based on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and staffing levels.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate priorities, VIP rooms, special requests, and quality focus areas.
• Provide on-the-job coaching, corrective feedback, and recognition to build a motivated, high-performing team.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new housekeeping colleagues assigned to guest floors.
