Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Concierge Agent to warmly welcome guests, provide personalized recommendations, and coordinate reservations and transportation across the resort, Shura Island, and the Red Sea destination.

You will tailor experiences based on guest preferences, work with various hotel teams, and uphold the signature SLS luxury service. Fluent English and a professional, engaging presence are essential for delivering memorable guest journeys.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing role in upscale or luxury hotel settings.
• Fluency in English is essential with polished communication skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards with awareness of local culture and customs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools; familiarity with Opera PMS or similar systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized, memorable experiences throughout their stay.
• Be the trusted point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and arrangements.
• Understand guest preferences to offer thoughtful recommendations and experiences.
• Coordinate reservations for restaurants, transportation, activities, spa, and other experiences.
• Develop personalized activities based on guest interests and coordinate arrangements from start to finish.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Shura Island and the Red Sea destination for informed recommendations.
• Guide guests through available experiences and partner with suppliers for seamless service.
• Build relationships with trusted partners to support guest arrangements.
• Arrange and confirm transportation, including airport transfers and private drivers.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Guest Relations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Keep the Concierge desk organized with current guest information and resources.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new colleagues on Concierge standards.
