Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Guest Service Centre Agent to be the central point of contact for guests, delivering warm, confident and seamless communication while handling requests with care and efficiency.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to ensure a smooth guest journey, reflecting the bold, elevated and service-driven spirit of SLS The Red Sea.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher; hospitality-related qualification preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in Guest Services or related guest-facing role in luxury hotels is desirable.
• Excellent English communication; professional telephone manner is essential.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries with warm, confident communication reflecting the SLS tone.
• Coordinate service requests across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide accurate information about facilities, dining, spa, and activities.
• Log and track guest requests; follow up for timely completion.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Support Front Office operations during night hours during busy periods.
